This website is operated by Gallerria. By accessing or using this website, or purchasing an artwork from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
Gallerria offers original artworks by the respective artists. Each artwork is unique and may naturally contain variations in texture, colour, brushwork, marks, and other characteristics that are part of the original artwork.
We make every effort to display artworks and their colours as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device, or display settings. Such variations do not constitute a defect in the artwork.
All prices are displayed on the website in the applicable currency and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, update artwork availability, or withdraw an artwork from sale at any time.
Because each original artwork is unique, an artwork may become unavailable before an order is confirmed. If an artwork is no longer available after an order has been placed, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate resolution, including a full refund where applicable.
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully received and the order has been confirmed by Gallerria.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where necessary, including in cases of incorrect pricing or product information, suspected fraudulent activity, payment issues, or artwork unavailability. If we cancel an order after payment has been received, any applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Original artworks are shipped from Australia or Nepal, depending on the artwork’s current location. Orders are generally prepared and dispatched within 5–10 business days.
Shipping within Australia and New Zealand is currently free. International shipping may incur additional shipping costs, which will be calculated at checkout where applicable.
For full information about processing times, delivery, packaging, tracking, customs, and international shipping, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
Due to the unique and individual nature of original artworks, all sales are considered final unless otherwise required by applicable law.
If an artwork arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. We may request photographs and other information to assess the condition of the artwork and determine the appropriate resolution.
For full details regarding returns, refunds, and damaged artworks, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Purchasing an original artwork gives you ownership of the physical artwork only. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the purchase does not transfer copyright, reproduction rights, or other intellectual property rights in the artwork.
Copyright and intellectual property rights in the artwork remain with the respective artist unless otherwise stated. The artist and/or Gallerria may continue to use images of sold artworks for archival, editorial, promotional, portfolio, website, or social media purposes.
All content on this website, including artwork images, photographs, text, logos, graphics, branding, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Gallerria or the respective artists and is protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publish, or commercially use any website content or artwork without prior written permission from the relevant rights holder.
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with its operation, security, or availability.
You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its systems, or any related accounts, or use the website in a way that may harm Gallerria, its artists, or other customers.
To the extent permitted by law, Gallerria will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or the purchase of an artwork.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict, or limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, restricted, or limited under applicable law.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our business, website, policies, or applicable requirements. Any updated version will be published on this page and will apply from the date of publication.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Gallerria operates, without limiting any consumer rights that may apply under the laws of your country or region.
Artists United for Nepal is a fundraising initiative by Gallerria to support disaster relief efforts in Nepal following the recent flooding and related natural disasters.
Gallerria is a commercial art business and is not a registered charity or non-profit organisation. Artwork purchases made through Gallerria remain commercial purchases of artwork. Under this campaign, Gallerria has committed to contributing a defined portion of eligible sales and auction proceeds to the Government of Nepal’s Prime Minister’s Disaster Relief Fund.
The Artists United for Nepal campaign will run from 04 September through 30 September 2026, inclusive, unless otherwise stated by Gallerria.
For eligible artwork sales made during the campaign period, Gallerria will contribute 50% of the eligible sale amount to the Government of Nepal’s Prime Minister’s Disaster Relief Fund.
The eligible sale amount means the artwork purchase price actually paid by the customer, excluding GST, VAT, sales tax or other applicable transaction taxes collected from the customer and remitted by Gallerria or otherwise required to be collected by law.
Shipping charges and other separately stated charges are not included in the eligible sale amount unless expressly stated otherwise on the relevant campaign or product page.
Where Gallerria advertises that the campaign applies to sitewide sales, Gallerria will contribute 50% of eligible sitewide sales made during the stated campaign period.
The contribution will be calculated after excluding GST, VAT, sales tax or other applicable transaction taxes collected from customers and remitted by Gallerria or otherwise required to be collected by law.
For artworks offered through the Artists United for Nepal fundraising auction, Gallerria will contribute 100% of the Net Auction Proceeds to the Government of Nepal’s Prime Minister’s Disaster Relief Fund.
Net Auction Proceeds means the winning bid amount actually received by Gallerria, less applicable taxes and reasonable, directly attributable costs of conducting and fulfilling the auction, including shipping, payment processing and other direct transaction costs.
Gallerria will not represent the full winning bid amount as the charitable contribution where applicable taxes or eligible direct auction costs are deducted.
Purchasing artwork or participating in the auction is a commercial transaction and does not constitute a direct donation by the customer to Gallerria or to the Government of Nepal.
Customers should not assume that the amount paid for an artwork or auction item is tax-deductible as a charitable donation. Customers should obtain independent tax advice if they require advice regarding the tax treatment of their purchase.
Campaign contributions will be made to the Government of Nepal’s Prime Minister’s Disaster Relief Fund.
Gallerria does not control, administer or determine how funds are ultimately allocated or spent by the Government of Nepal after the funds have been transferred.
Gallerria will calculate the final campaign contribution following the conclusion of the campaign period.
Gallerria intends to transfer the applicable contribution to the Government of Nepal’s Prime Minister’s Disaster Relief Fund following completion of the campaign reconciliation process and subject to the practical requirements of international payment and fund-transfer processes.
Following completion of the campaign, Gallerria will publish a campaign transparency update on its website.
Where applicable, the transparency update will include:
No campaign contribution will be calculated on transactions that are subsequently cancelled, refunded, reversed, charged back or otherwise not successfully completed.
If an artwork purchase is refunded or reversed after a campaign contribution has already been transferred, Gallerria may account for the refunded amount in its campaign reconciliation or make a corresponding adjustment to a subsequent contribution.
Gallerria may refer to the campaign and its contributions in advertising, social media, email, website content and other promotional communications.
Any statement regarding the amount or percentage contributed will be based on the calculation methods described in these Campaign Terms & Transparency.
Gallerria does not represent itself as a charity or as an agent, representative or employee of the Government of Nepal.
Once transferred to the Government of Nepal’s Prime Minister’s Disaster Relief Fund, the use and allocation of the funds are subject to the Government of Nepal’s applicable procedures and policies. Gallerria does not control or determine the subsequent use of the funds.
